Brain Breaks

Have you heard about our brain breaks yet?  Next to lunch and recess, I bet brain breaks are a favorite activity for most of our students.

Brain breaks are important in our classroom.  The breaks can give students a chance to channel energy, direct focus and help us to be ready to learn.  In addition, strategic brain breaks help both sides of the brain work together, which helps us learn!

There is always a cheer when it's brain break time!
